A la espera de conocer mañana la Sección Oficial de Venecia, Toronto anunciaba ayer su programa oficial para esta nueva 36 edición. Al final se cumplieron las previsiones y muchas de las películas destacadas en filmin serán las estrellas de un certamen que presenta una de sus programaciones más estimulantes de los últimos años. Es el caso del "Looper" de Rian Johnson, que te mabién será la encargada de inaugurar el festival y a la que secundarán "Cloud Atlas", "Argo", "To The Wonder", la secuela de "Outrage" a cargo de Kitano, las chicas "Foxfire" de Laurent Cantet, lo último de Noah Baumbach o Joss Whedon, "Argo", WThe Silver Linings Playbook" y "A Place Beyond The Pines", entre muchos otros. Si muchas de ellas lo harán previo paso por Venecia, queda áun por confirmar. ¿La gran ausente? "The Master" y también De Palma (hecho que casi nos asegura su presencia en el Lido). De momento, así será Toronto 2012.
